Is this hi ratio shortening? Is it recommended?

I saw on another forum that this place has it for around $43 for 50 pounds! I think you have to be some kind of bakery in order to get an account. Just wondering if it was the right shortening.

Yes, that's Hi-Ratio. "C" is from Canola oil and it's a definite creamy color. I have switched back to regular Alpine, because it's whiter.
