So I bought a box of cake mix for my sons birthday. Betty Crocker white cake. My son opened it pulled the bag out and DH took the box out with the trash. So I have no idea what goes in it. Any help?

DH classic white cake mix:
1 box white DH
1 1/3 cup of water
2 tbs oil
3 large egg whites

Blend low 30 sec.

Bake 350 deg.

I always, even when doing a cake for personal use, use the WASC in the recipe section.
Hope this helps.

I also forgot to mention, that if I am making the WASC for kid's, I change up the almond flavoring to all vanilla, or 2 tsp vanilla and 2 tsp butter. They seem to like that a lot better.
I also left out the part about mixing it for 2 min. of medium speed. Sorry.

I believe it is
1/3 oil
1 1/4 cup water
3 egg whites
and I bake at 325 you will get a fairly level cake ,but will take longer to cook.

I have BC french vanilla and milk chocolate on hand--they have the same ingredients, so I'm sure it's the same for white also...

1 1/4 c water
1/3 c vegetable oil
3 eggs

I always use 2% milk in place of the water and melter butter in place of the oil. I'm sure the white mix would say to use only the egg whites, but I would use the whole egg anyway.
