I made a cake for a friend and her mother asked if I knew of a mexican cake that has green speckles in it and is very good/ expensive and has fruit on top? The only think that came to mind is Tres Leches or zucchini cake? She said she knew it wasn't Tres Leches because of the green.. Zucchini cake she said it had fruit on top? any Ideas to what it could be? TIA

I believe she may be refering to a Rosca de Reyes (Kings cake). I found a recipe for it on recipezaar.com.

That sounds good but it didn't look like it had green speckles on the inside or fresh fruit on top.. Thanks
