I had to take a break from cake decorating about 10 months ago. I have fondant and gumpaste (Satin Ice and Chocopan) stored in my pantry (air conditioned house) wrapped tight in plastic in the tubs with the lids tightly shut. Some of them have been opened and some are still new. They appear to be okay, but I just want to make sure that it doesn't go bad.
