What can I do to get my Fondant to dry faster?
is their any additive i can use?
Should I use fondant or gumpaste?
Gumpaste is firmer than fondant but still edible without breaking your teeth - i use aine2's advice of adding sugarcel (not sure what you guys call it) to my usual fondant then knead it through. That's probably not much help but i'm with you in spirit
