Hi All!!

I have a Bachelorette cake to make. The customer wants me to use the brides colors. Black is one color, I have no problem with that one. But it is the other two colors I am having a brain fart with....."Crimson" Red and Gold.

How do I get these colors????

Thank You

I think of crimson as just a really red red...either Americolor's super red or a ton of wilton red added to the icing.

For the gold, juster dust icon_biggrin.gif

The last cake I made was a corset cake with black and red, and silver details. The silver could have been changed to gold with no problems.

I asked the same question about a month ago on the crimson red, sorry can't help with the gold but everyone told me to just add small amounts of black,it seemed to take lots and lots of red but be sure not to use to much black or you will have burgandy.HTH! icon_smile.gif

If I were you, I would either use black as the main color with touches or red and gold accents.
