my crusting cream cheese icing? Do I use cocoa powder, melted chocolate, melted chocolate chips, what?

I have a lady who loves my cream cheese icing but would like to try it in chocolate but I am not sure how.

I need it ASAP she wants the cake tomorrow

I personally would use melted chocolate just because it's smoother and creamier.

I know regular chocolate bc starts out with 3 oz melted chocolate, so that might help with a guideline on how much to add.

Good luck!

PinkZiab (not sure if that is her name) I think does that. Hopefully she chimes in and help you.
