I was thinking of trying this recipe after some recent chocolate cake disasters . Anyway I'd like to know if anyone has suggestions about mixing speed and time? The directions I have are the adapted ones from the egullet forum. I worry a lot about over/undermixing with scratch cakes. I really prefer when the recipe states how long to mix things!!
For those of you who make this recipe do you have a suggestion? I really hope this recipe is foolproof because I am not a very good scratch baker! I am really trying!!
