Are there any cakers out there who rent a commercial kitchen or have time in a kitchen incubator? We are moving to Hawaii in Oct and I really want to do this. Any input would be great.
My name would be Ali'i Cupcakes. Ali'i means royalty in Hawaiian, so my tagline would be, Cupcakes Fit for Royalty.

Thanks for the link. I feel like opening a kitchen for rent would be a good business there since I am having problems finding one. Where are you?

yeah, i see there are only 2 listed for Hawaii. I am currently in South Carolina. I am looking/willing to move to Atlanta or Charlotte. I see kitchens in both places, but none are near the areas that I'd be living in in either state. If I were to stay in SC, I guess I'd have to see if my church's kitchen is certified. icon_confused.gif sooooo many choices and things 2 do!
