ok fellow bakers i need a great website to order cake supplies cheap!!! also any idea where to buy basket ball theme supplies for cake also? do these website sell colored pipping gel or do i have to color it myself. i have never worked with it before so not sure

It seems one site has XXX cheap, but YYY is expensive--another site has YYY cheap, but XXX is expensive. I personally feel that actually going to the cake store is really the best--even if you have to drive for a bit. Usually the shipping costs will pay for your gas.
I don't know how many times I've ordered stuff, and when I get it, it's not even close to what I thought it was going to be. Then it's more hassle to return than to just keep it.
I suppose it depends on what you're looking to buy...
I feel Global Sugar Art has by far and away the very best selection--I'd take a day trip and go there if it was within 200 miles of where I live.
