I made some rolled buttercream fondant this morning and im having problems with it being to greasy, i put the correct amount of c sugar in dont understand,,,, please help!!
If you're talking about rolled buttercream, which is a different product from fondant, well, it IS greasy. I find it quite unpleasant. Sounds like you did it right.
You sound like you did fine. However you will still need to add more p sugar lots and work it in. Find a texture that will work for you. I have mixed fondant and rolled butter cream. 50% of each and this has better durablilty. Good luck
