Does anyone have a secret tip on how to the petals out of the cutter(s)? I'm having such a difficult time getting my gumpaste out of the cutter without ripping the petals to shreds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it the plunger cutter that you have?

Are you using fondant or gumpaste? I find that fondant really sticks - but gumpaste doesn't as bad. A few ideas are to rub the edges of you cutter w shortening. Also use cornstartch/petal/super pearl directly on your piece of before cutting. I find that these things really help

I use shortening sometimes too. I also use a soft, dry paintbrush to gently push the gumpaste out of the cutter.
