i just made my first book cake yesterday for my father's 70th birthday... my buttercream was watery. i did another mix twice.. still the same... where did i go wrong... (i bought my buttercup from a another grocery store though)... why?????????? Help................

i used swiss meringue buttercream recipe... should i change my brand? please help, i got another order...
