Okay, I've researched and researched and I'm just not coming up with anything on this...must cakes baked with sour cream or mayo be refrigerated? My guess is no, but I'm just not sure. Can anyone help with an answer? I've made cakes with cream cheese in the batter and they were not refrigerated and still tasted great several days later....(and no one got sick...) Thanks for any advice.

I don't know about the mayo...

But I always use sour cream in my cakes and they don't go in the fridge.
