I am sorry; I am sure this topic has been covered. I tried searching for the answer, but I am having difficulties.

Does anyone know the servings from a Mad Hatter cake? I need to make a wedding mad hatter for 70 people. I would normally make a 12-9-6.
Per the instructions on here, instead of 2 cakes per tier, it is recommended to use 3 cakes per tier.
6-7-8 for 1st tier
8-9-10 for 2nd tier
10-11-12 for 3rd tier

How much does this feed? I am thinking with 3 cakes per tier I should go
5-6-7 for top
7-8-9 for 2nd
9-10-11 for 3rd.

Any ideas??

maybe go with the middle size??? Im not really sure though... hopefully someone else can help!!!
