That is not my pic but those are the exact instructions I posted two years ago on CC.
Hmmm..Interesting..I would email lizzies mom and inquire how and why the exact instructions seem to be the same as yours..2 years ago.
For added spiteful fun, you should call the magazine, since it says on the website that the instructions were part of a contest. Tell them you're really the one who deserves the prize!
Oh, if only I had the time or energy. Maybe it's just on CC that we have proper crediting manners.
