Hello!
First time working with gumpaste and will be trying my hand at making roses for a friends wedding cake. The wedding is Sunday but I was wondering if I make the roses 4 or 5 days in advance how, I would store them? Will they be ok 'til Sunday? icon_redface.gif Thanks icon_smile.gif

They will be fine until Sunday. I make my gumpaste pieces 3-5 days in advance and store them in my electric oven with the bulb on to make sure they dry thouroughly and protect them from dust, hair and other things that float around in the air.

i would advise starting a bit sooner if you can, seeing as your new to it. just depends how long it takes you to get to grips with gumpaste - the key thing is fast working.
better to have plenty of time that being up against the clock. but i second the foam and card board box.
xx
