It doesn't have to crust... I am just curious about a buttercream that tastes fabulous, isn't gritty, and doesn't have the thick with Crisco texture either. Is there a good recipe that tastes good?? I have made Indydebi's and never had a problem, ditto for Buttercream Dream. I am just curious to try a new recipe.
