How long in advances i have to make my nfsc, because i have family come over from N.Y and PRico ad i dont want to doing cookies with all the people in my house . Thank you s much for you attention . Peace

NFSC freeze well, I would make them now and freeze them in single layers between wax paper (not necessary tho) and then seal them. Then you can decorate at your leisure..... this is what I am going to do for Halloween as well as Christmas - seems like I never have enough time around the holiday and this way you can bake when you get the bug and decorate whenever!

It sounds like you are going to want to freeze them as CakeDiva said.

You'll probably have to decorate the cookies when all the people are there. Some people do freeze them decorated...but I don't like that method. It's up to you really.
