I'm a a newbie when it comes to fondant cakes, and I've been researching what kind of fondant to buy. I know the Wilton stuff tastes horrible, but I don't think I'm ready to make my own (MMF).

Anyone have any recommendations? Affordability is also key, I'm not getting paid for cakes yet icon_smile.gif

Try Satin Ice, Fondarific, Chocopan, or Pettinice. These can be found at a cake decorating supply store.
