Help Bubbles In Icing???

I keep getting bubbles in my icing. How do I get them out .

Hi there,

You probably need to knead the icing a little longer but if you get bubble when rolling, just get a pin and pop a hole in them and continue to roll.

You can do this also if you have already covered the cake and then run your smoother or your palm over it to smooth the whole. You don't need to make a huge dent with the pin, just prick the surface.
