Rounded Stripes Made Out Of Fondant...

Any idea how to make round stripes out of fondant like the ones on this cake? I didn't think you could pipe fondant.....and I'm pretty sure this is fondant.....unless the person has a VERY sturdy hand! Any ideas?

They most likely used an extruder gun.

so would a clay gun be found with cake decorating supplies or in with art supplies?

I found my "CLAY GUN" at Hobby Lobby in the clay making isle...
