Can any one tell me how to make the clear ice cubes in the awesome photos of beer buckets? Knox gelatine? Do you just make it up and cut it or is there a mold?

I made some with the knox gelatin, but never again. They melt....huge mess on the cake. I have seen other's use sugar. Check out the other forums to see how they do it. I am just telling you what a nightmare I had with the gelatin. I just used an ice cube tray in the frig. but like I said, they melted into the cake. Made a soppy mess of the cake and filling.

There are instructions somewhere in the forums - the thread is called Sugar Beer Bottles. They are made with melted sugar - not gelatin. Good luck!
