Writing On A Sheet Cake??

My writing stinks! How can i do Happy Anniversary on a 11x15 sheet cake that is due next week and it be even? I can smooth BC icing pretty good and do roses but when it comes down to the writing, Im scared im going to mess it up. Which i have before . Please help.

Check out this post...just an idea on how to copy writing, use whatever font on your computer you like, but make sure it is backward so that when you use the RI and press it into your cake, it comes out normal.

Jamminjenks, i have this already(: but i didnt know if it would be large enough on the cake, Guess i could practice i also have the Script ones for fondant that im not sure on how to use, cause there stucked together on and the instructions said to roll them when putting them on the cake. Thanks for the info
