I have been wanting to do a TT cake for the longest and this morning I came across a website that sells TT cake pans. Has anyone ever used this pan, if so would you recommend the pans or to shape the cake yourself?? Thanks!!!

Do it yourself... they're relatively easy to do, and I personally do not like purchasing any specialized pans that can only be used for one thing.

I've seen a few videos on how to do them but with all the horror stories here I'm a little scared. Well I guess I shouldn't be scared to sculpt them but scared of the stacking and support. I agree with the specialize pan thing...Thanks!
