I can third the homemade cake release. Works like a charm everytime. The only thing I would caution you, is let the cake cool in the pan for 10 min, then turn the cake out. Do not let the cake sit in the pan longer than 10 min, or you could have complications. I still use parchment paper on the bottom though.. I use the release under the paper and over it.. Never a problem.
