I tried to make buttercream roses for the first time today.
I have a 3 month old who is going thr a growth spurt, so I didn't have much time to play with it until t was feeding time again, but I think I was starting to get the hang of it.
My big problem was that the frosting was kind of curling out and breaking, what can I do to fix this?
I have the same problem. I was told by other cc members to use a little corn syrup to stop it from breaking. They said it could be because the icing was to stiff or (? too thin).
