I'm from MA and I have the most horrible time finding cake decorating supplies. I'm not a huge fan of Michaels or Joann Fabrics either. Anyone live in MA, RI, CT or NH that can recommend a good place to get supplies from? I live in central MA and I don't mind driving....

I live in Southeastern MA on the Rhode Island border. There is an awesome Baker's Wholesaler in Lincoln, RI that you may find is worth the drive. Lincoln is about 10 minutes north of Providence.

The name is J A R Baker's Supplies, the little store they have is called The Baker's Niche. They sell a lot of good stuff, dummies, boxes, boards, drums, gumpaste flowers, fillings, pans, gel colors, hi-ratio shortening, just to name a few examples.
