I'm trying to make a chocolate cake for this weekend...I am using the Martha stewart ultimate chocolate cake recipe I found on her site...I need to know what I can use instead of the Valrhona cocoa powder(dutch milled)it calls for in the recipe...I can't find it anywhere here...I looked up some stuff on the web but it's just making me more confused icon_confused.gif the websites I found tell you how to subsitute it but doing it along with the recipe sounds weird...recipe org. calls for 1 cup Valrhona cocoa with 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt...websites say not to use dutch-milled cocoa with baking soda that it should be used with baking powder...subsitute is 3 tbsp natural cocoa with 1 pinch-1/8 tsp baking soda. I am so CONFUSED! Please someone help me! Any help is welcome!
