Hello Everyone!!

I am making my dd cake tonight and wanted to do one tier chocolate with a cookies and cream filling by LAURINDA. I would assume that then the cake would have to be refridgerated and that is NOT a possibility...we r having it outside and dd requested a 4 tier cake....

does anyone know of a cookies and cream filling that I could make that does NOT need to be refrigerated or if the one by LAURINDA needs to be?

Thank you all for your help!!!! icon_biggrin.gif

Sure - just crush up some oreo cookies and mix them with vanilla buttercream. I've done it before and it tastes delicious, and no refrigeration necessary.

You could use non dairy whipped topping if you have or can get some. (Brand names: Pastry Pride OR Frostin pride OR Rich's Bettercreme)
