I have a sheet cake 12x18 due this coming Sunday. If I were to bake it on Thursday, and wrap in plastic wrap once cooled would it be okay sitting out until I decorate it? Will it still be moist from being wrapped well come Sunday? I am a wife, mother of four and college student, so any time saving tips are a great help. Thanks so much.

Freeze it....Wrap it up and put it in the freezer. They don't dry out and some swear by it actually making your cakes more moist. I, like yourself and am a busy mom, I always freeze my cakes!
