How do you clean it off???

You can do a couple of things...rub it down with a tiny bit of shortening on a paper towel or wipe it down with a high alcohol content liquor like vodka or everclear. I usually do the crisco because it helps to get rid of that "dry" look as well. It will be a little shiny for a bit but it absorbs back in and the shine goes away.

Rub shortening around the cake and wipe it off with a paper towel.
