Anyone out there scale weigh their cake batter? Someone told me they weigh all their batter, no eyeballing or measuring due to humidity. Does anyone know of a chart or resource that would tell size of pan, shape of pan and amount of batter for the "perfect" cake based on the weight. Thanks in advance!

I weigh my batter just so I can have equal amounts of batter in both pans. I don't follow any guidelines because it depends by recipe. Some rises higher and some less.
