Can anybody tell me how to cut the recipe in 1/2? Itry it sat. and i love it .But it was to much for my mixer .My mixer was having a hard time mixing. thank you.
Just divide each quantity of ingredient in half and use that amount instead, it works fine...
3 oz (1/4 + 1/8 cup, that's 6 Tablespoons) of warm water
2.5 Tablespoons meringue powder
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 kilogram (1.125 lbs.) powdered icing sugar
I've half it and it's just perfect!
