Hello, Im new to all this.... so sorry if I sound abit silly.
Im looking to make my own 21st cake, colours are hot pink and black, but I can't find anywhere locally that sells black icing. I know you can dye chocolate icing black, but I'd rather just buy it because it takes so long to knead and messy!!
Does anyone know anywhere in Melbourne who sells good quality black icing???

i have never bought pre-made coloured fondant before but there are a couple of places i go to/know of where you should be able to buy some:

1. Cake Deco in the city
2. West's Cake decorating in Burwood
3. Greenborough cake decorating centre

You might want to call them first just to check if they have some

You could also try Susie-Q in Niddrie 93792275.
I bought some from ebay once, but only used it for modelling not to cover a cake. You could try that too.
