Does anyone have the recipe for a mini batch of chocolate MMF. I have the mini recipe for the regular MMF, but I just want a little bit of the chocolate MMF...instead of manually coloring fondant brown with gel color.

Make a regular batch but substitute cocoa for some of the powdered sugar.
Reserve some of the sugar for the resting period. Sometimes the cocoa dries out the fondant. You can always add it in later.
