Two questions

1) Where do you purchase modeling chocolate.. I see all the cake artist using it but cant find a place to buy.

2) Does anyone buy bulk cake mixes (talking 50lb bag bulk), if so is there a brand comparable to DH or BC???? Those are my favorite mixes but I would love to buy bigger.

Most people in here make their modeling chocolate. It's basically corn syrup and chocolate.

I don't buy bulk cake mixes so I can't help with that but I prefer Betty Crocker.

I just started getting pillsbury cake mix in the 50lb bags. I don't know if you are a business or a home, but I get mine through a distributor in Atl.

we make our own modeling choc.
