Hi,

Ive read alot of posts about indy and sugarshacks Buttercreme, but i wondered how is this for a cake filling? or is there a better tasting filling recipie out there?
I have mad a italian butter creme recipie before but that came out a little to buttery tasting.
Has anyone used indys or sugarshacks recipie as a filling ?

thanks

Brian

Hi and Welcome to CC, brian1974. icon_smile.gif

Decoding CC acronyms:

Everything you need to know to make, decorate and assemble tiered/stacked/layer cakes:

Buttercream is actually the "default" filling if a specific filling isn't requested.... (And "back in the day" buttercream was the standard filling...)
