I would like to attempt petite fours for my Neice's Sweet 16 this weekend! Can anyone tell me what is the easiest cake to use for these, and is it easier to cover with poured fondant or rolled fondant! Thanks!

I posted my technique not too long ago....pound cake baked in jelly roll pans (very thin cake).
