The only thing I could find was a chocolate peanut butter ganache, it should work under fondant like the regular ganache does. HTH
10 ounces dark or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
¾ C heavy cream
¼ C corn syrup
3 Tbl creamy peanut butter
In a saucepan, combine the cream and corn syrup and bring to a boil
Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth
Whisk in peanut butter until well blended
