CC Friends - For those of you who have made stand-up shopping bag cakes what type of support system did you use? I am make a stand-up shopping bag cake that is going to be about 6 layers (with filling) high and I am wondering if inserting dowels through the cakes will be enough support. Can someone help with suggestions or advise on what they did, thanks.

I would use boards and dowels of some sort between every 2 layers. That's what I did with the Holister bag in my photos.
