Can anyone tell me how to do the cascading sweetpeas that go down the side of the cake? I found where you should make them out of royal icing then set them on. I was wondering if I could just make them on the cake? Has anyone done this? Thanks for the help or advice. Sandy

do you have any pictures? in some cases you could make them on the cake, in some youd be better sticking them on.
i think it depends on the look you are going for. it might be easier to do them before so you can support them into shapes while they dry - although if your careful, i imagine you could do that on the cake.
im more into gumpaste flowers, and you could do a cascade tht way too.
