Hi and Welcome to CC, Courtscakes. icon_smile.gif

Decoding CC acronyms:

Everything you need to know to make, decorate and assemble tiered/stacked/layer cakes:

http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-605188-.html

Above superthread has popular CC recipes for American buttercreams, several types of fondant and doctored cake mix (WASC and flavor variations).

Can't help with decorating shops in KY, but most of the ingredients should be available in any large grocery store.

Good luck. thumbs_up.gif
