I made my first batch or IMBC and oh my goodness it is tastey! Completely different from the icing I have been making with icing sugar because it is not near as sweet, but very light and tastey! It may seem silly, but it was exciting to me cause it was the first time I used my new KA stand mixer too
Just wanted to share and say thanks for putting up with all of my IMBC questions!

Yay! What a difference huh? And a great selling point if you have competitors. You get to say you make a gourmet icing.
I have got to try IMBC. I keep putting it off and just making what I already know. I'm just worried it won't hold up to high humidity. I may have to make some today. Thanks for sharing!
