I'm getting ready to make white chocolate ganache to go under fondant. I know I need 3:1 ratio, but how much white chocolate do I need to fill and cover a 8" two layer cake?
Hi, If you make it with 200ml of cream and 600g of chocolate, it should be ok. BUT to be in the safe side, I would make a bit more. If there's leftover you can freeze without any problem.
