I've been asked to come up with some cupcakes for a 'Non-Denomination Christening' ....alriiiiiight... So I need to decorate them without being religious in any nature.

So far my only idea has been to do them all white, some frosted with 1M with edible glitter, some done with MMF tops made to look quilted (sort of like a blanket idea) and some just left 'naked' but dusted with powdered sugar using a stencil to make lace designs (to be similar to a Christening gown)

But I think those would perhaps look to 'wedding' style. Any suggestions?

I just did my daughter's and used a fondant circle on top of a swirl with a heart on some and a bow on others. Ideas from this site:

What you've described sounds lovely though. Hope it goes well!
