Best Pasta Machines And Airbrushes?

I'm getting my home bakery all stocked up with things to start my business within the next few weeks (been working on this a looooong time).

I want to buy a pasta machine for rolling out gum paste and fondant for decorations and I also want to buy a good airbrush.

On the pasta machine, what is best? Is having the hand rolling ones a really big pain and are they awkward to use? Are motorized machines best? What is the best way to go for pasta machines.

For airbrushes, what is the best model/brand for cake decorating. I want one that won't give me a lot of problems. I don't want to pay a fortune for one, but I'd rather pay a little more for one that will perform well.

Any advice, suggestions, recommendations? Thanks in advance!!
