How do you cool you cookies from the oven? I have them all over the counters and they get in the way.

I was thinking of getting a bun Rack, Does anyone have one? and where did you get it? Do you like it.

We used them in school, and I loved every minute of having them around.

I want one, but I heard there's a collapsible one out there. I don't have the space for a bun rack, or speed rack as they're also called, to be standing around all the time. I thought the collapsible one would be better, because I can hang it in the cellarway when not in use.

I use this rack for my cookie sheets once they come out of the oven:

It's also handy for when I'm finished decorating and the icing is drying.

I use a similar set of racks/ grids for the cookies once pulled off the sheets. Found mine at a kitchen/bath store.
