I have been asked to create a cake for our Church's Youth Directors final Sunday. That would be this Sunday, short notice. I want to work on my fondant figures but, have read that you should mix tylose with the fondant. Now not having a lot of time, can I mix the Wilton Gum Tex with Fondant and still get the same results, or should I just use the Fondant to make the figure. She is going to a dance school so I thought a Ballerina or Jazz dancer would be cute.
