Wave Border/urgent!!!!

Hi..Any suggestions would be great! I have to make a cake shaped like a surfboard and want to use a wave looking border? What tip would I use? The cake is going to be craved from a 12x18 sheet cake, so will need a big border, Im asssuming? Thanks for any advice!!

You could use a tip 21 or larger and do the reverse shell border in blue - that would be pretty!
